Varsity Cheer Coach

Shane Bigelow

Shane has been cheering for the past 8 years, and coaching for 6 of those. He started at OC Allstars 6 years ago, and has continued his love of cheer there while expanding to Aliso Niguel High School in 2016. In his time at OC Allstars, he has attended the Cheerleading Worlds competition 5 times. He has coached all levels of tumbling and stunting, becoming USASF certified, ensuring he has the best knowledge to relay to each athlete he coaches. With his time at ANHS, he has brought back multiple first place victories, including a National Championship at USA Nationals in 2017. He hopes to continue to keep the growth of this program and continue the successes, but more importantly bring an environment to these girls that makes them all feel important and special. His number one goal for this program is to ensure the girls leave with more life knowledge in their minds, love in their hearts, and motivation to be the best they can be!

JV Sideline Coach

Faith Charles

Faith is a 2021 graduate of Aliso Niguel High School. She has competed in gymnastics for 8 years and then began cheering competitively.  Faith cheered at Aliso Niguel as well as OC Allstars, where she competed at The Cheerleading Worlds with a multitude of skills including tumbling and stunting. She has had a coaching background in gymnastics for the past three years but this is her first year as a sideline coach for JV Cheer. Faith really enjoys coaching because she gets the chance to recreate the fun and hard-working environment she once experienced at Aliso Niguel. She loves getting to work with the girls to help mold them into better athletes as well as to help with their personal growth.
